Lauren is a pre- and post-natal fitness specialist. She welcomes women of all ages, along with their bumps, babies, and older children to a community of women, supporting women.

Flow Fitness prioritises listening to your body and working with the magic of your cycle.

Exercise helps your body physically and mentally. It can give you energy and lift your mood when completed in alignment with your cycle.

Most women want to lose weight at some point of their life, whether after having children or a later stage. However, when fatigued through ordinary life, doing too much and restricting calories can have a negative impact on your health. Flow Fitness will support you physically and mentally, cementing positive changes through fitness, menstrual cycle awareness, life coaching, reiki and relaxation support.

We are currently running 6 weekly Pre & postnatal support programmes across Sefton, in association with Sefton Baby Baskets Charity, funded by National Lottery and Sports England
