Most women want to lose weight at some point of their life, whether after having children or a later stage. However, when fatigued through ordinary life, doing too much and restricting calories can have a negative impact on your health. Flow Fitness will support you physically and mentally, cementing positive changes through fitness, menstrual cycle awareness, life coaching, reiki and relaxation support.
