Hi, I’m Sarah – a Level 3 Personal Trainer, a nurse at the Women’s Hospital, and a proud mum of six – 3 boys and 3 girls!

I’ve been consistently exercising for over six years and know how powerful movement can be for our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing – especially as mums.
My Story
My journey started at Flow Fitness Crosby, where I nervously walked into a class as a tired, overwhelmed mum of three. That’s where I met Lauren, who supported me through the births of my next three babies. I wasn’t just supported physically – I found a group of mums who became my tribe.

Flow Fitness is a family – a network of support that continues to lift me up every day.

Now, I’m so excited to bring that same energy and community to Maghull. I’m passionate about helping mums feel strong, capable, and connected – whether you’re newly postpartum or deep in the chaos of daily mum life.
